The Kirkwood 5K presented by Charles Aris, Inc. is a family focused run/walk/push designed to get the entire community involved! The flat course is nestled in the cozy, neighborhood streets of Kirkwood and promises to be a FAST, easy, and refreshing 5K. All proceeds for the 2015 K5K will benefit BackPack Beginnings.
ALSO…bring your new or gently used children’s clothing items on race day to help fill BackPack Beginnings’ clothing pantry. BackPack Beginnings accepts clothing items for newborns to young adults, as well as new socks and underwear, particularly for elementary school aged children. They also have a need for SMOD clothing (school uniforms)– Girls and boys collared, polo-style shirts, all sizes and colors, as well as khaki or navy dress pants, all sizes.
