Thank you to all who participated in the deCANstructing Hunger event last month on September 24, 2016! The American Institute of Architects-Piedmont Chapter (AIA-P) organized an event titled ‘deCANstructing Hunger’ which entailed designing and building structures entirely out of canned food. Over 1,600 cans were used to build the structures which were later donated to our organization.
.
Special thanks to Duncan Parnell for donating printing services, and to Allegion for donating a portion of the canned food.
.
Congratulations to the winners!
