Kids have the power to help make a difference for others! There are so many benefits to children who volunteer, such as building self-esteem, learning teamwork and problem solving and creating community ties. They are more likely to continue volunteering as adults. Children learn a sense of responsibility and that one person no matter what their age can make a difference.
Here at BPB we love and invite having kids helping out (with supervision of course!). They can sort food, pack bags, hang clothes and do so much more!! Over the past 6 years, we have had the privilege of hosting the following groups. Together, they have helped feed, comfort and clothe thousands of other kids in our community while learning about ways to help those in need. We are so thankful for your generous hearts and so are the kids you have helped!
