Let’s teach our kids the importance of giving back starting at an early age. Come out and join us on Saturday, June 4th for John’s Run 4 Kids. All sponsorships and proceeds from the 2016 John’s Run will benefit BackPack Beginnings.
What kid doesn’t love to run through buildings, crawl under nets, jump through tires and cross the finish line? John’s Run 4 Kids is a one-mile obstacle race for children in preschool-5th grade. The course will take the kids through some of their favorite places in Downtown Greensboro including Center City Park, the Cultural Arts Center, the Central Library, the Children’s Museum, and the Historical Museum. Along the way, there will be pint-sized obstacles designed just for them.
After the race, there will be plenty of kid-friendly food and music, as well as info on Greensboro’s many options for summer fun and adventure.
We hope you will join us for this special event to help fight childhood hunger and trauma.
We hope to see you there! Click here to register.
